The family doctor made the request for a check-up with a specialist.

After several attempts by the hospital to communicate with us (we did not see the phone calls), a registered letter from the hospital’s General Director arrived at our home.

We were told to go to the hospital as soon as possible within 15 days so as not to miss the opportunity to have the test done.
