La Goleta beach at Fuerteventura

La Goleta beach is located in the centre of Corralejo, one of the most loved towns of Fuerteventura by tourists from all over the world.

Compared to the others in the north, this magical place is the largest of the urban beaches in the centre of Corralejo .

An enchanting place, a characteristic corner of this stretch of coast, as  the fishermen who made the history of this unique place lived here.

La Goleta beach is formed by two crescents put together and is one of the few beaches where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the island of Lobos.

The area further north towards the port is the quietest and smallest, while the one to the south is larger  and more crowded.

Playa la Goleta is a beach of fine golden sand, crystal clear and calm waters, ideal  for children and very popular with the inhabitants of Corralejo and tourists from the city.

How to get there?

By car

From the main road (Nuestra Senora del Carmen) take Calle la Red and continue to  the end of the street where you have direct access to the beach (2 minutes).

By bus 

Taking bus no. 6 towards Puerto del Rosario (5 minutes).

Standing

From Corralejo Square Mall (shopping center in Nuestra Senora del Carmen street) it is 6 minutes.
